WIREFRAME SAMPLES

The initial discovery and wireframing phases are an important part of my design process. For less complicated designs these phases may be short, whereas for more complicated feature sets these phases are critical to the success of the project as a whole. A discovery POV is the opportunity to distill the asks of the key stakeholders, note technical limitations and bring the User Research team onboard. Wireframes formalize this thinking into a constantly evolving design artifact. With this document in hand, the design, business and technology teams can talk through the experience they are building and work out potential problems. Wireframes can easily become light prototypes to test.  

Customer Journey Mapping - Account On-Boarding

These documents were created as the final output of a team exercise I led to map the customer experience during the account opening and on-boarding phases. The experiences of two key personas were compared and charted over time. This information was used to define opportunites to improve the customer's experience through the first 30 days of their new account. 

Account Activity Initial Concept Documentation

This document was created early in the project phase to capture the goals and requirements of feature, highlight where we needed to seek parity with the online platform and flag technical issues. It continues on to show early concepts for the mobile platform prior to the first round of usability testing. 

Account Activity Wireframes

These detailed wireframes show the planned redesign of the customer's transaction (activity) history. This incorporated trade orders, money transfers, bill payments, check deposits and all other movement of funds into and out of the account. The feature needed to work at the individual account level as well as the portfolio level. A fairly robust set of filters was requested by the business team. 

Specific Shares Trading

This wireframe set is fairly simple. It walks through the necessary screens and flows related to trading tax lots, as well as viewing purchase history within a customer's account.
